Generally called “back-up”
Oilless/non-lubrication shaft seal used for reciprocating compressors and other various reciprocating machines and pneumatic machine. Generally, 3-split radially cut rod packing or 6-split radially cut rod packing is used in combination with a garter spring. Made of PILAFLON with filler, it can cope with various types of fluids and specifications.
